We ship all orders from our warehouse in China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Requests made after this period will not be processed. However, you may return your order for a full refund once received.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that order processing times may be longer during holidays or sale periods. We process orders Monday to Friday, and they are typically handled within 1 to 3 business days after the order date and shipped the following day. We do not ship on weekends.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
